Throughout my first pregnancy, I gained 55 pounds. As a young mother I was mortified. I started my fitness journey by taking classes at my local gym and working my way up to a healthy fitness level for someone my age. I tried every diet there was. It was hard and frustrating with so much misinformation out there on what to do. Staying consistent and not giving up, I lost all the weight and vowed to never go there again. It’s been 13 years and I haven’t looked back. My love for fitness, motivated me to become a personal trainer, ranging from teaching classes in a group fitness setting to teaching individuals as a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. I love helping my clients progress in their fitness and reach their goals. In 2019, my family and I set out on a new journey moving from Wyoming to Montana. We are excited to explore Montana and see what life here has in store for us. I’m looking forward to sharing my knowledge of fitness and health with those looking for an uplifting and supportive coach.
