Tayler is a newly-certified personal trainer, but has been involved in health and fitness for the past 10 years. Inspired by family to get into the fitness industry, his mission is to help create healthier habits and lifestyles for all genders and ages. As a former college athlete, he knows the importance and the benefits of resistance training, weight loss/maintenance, and taking care of one’s body.
